This week, Mikaela Renner, Rian Caffrey, Jasmine Salinger, Lily Baldwin and Lily

Dawson visited Alfriston College to compete in The East & South Auckland Reader’s Cup competition, along with thirteen teams from other schools.

They read six different books inside and out, took responsibility for memorising as much as they could from two books each, and quizzed each other relentlessly.

The scores between 2nd and 4th were all within 2 points. The Selwyn team placed 4th and did themselves lots of credit. Well done!
