School Cashier Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 2.00pm

Student Absences

Parents are asked to contact the school first thing in the morning when they know their student will not be attending school that day.

Phone us: 521 9610 ext 1. Leave a message including your students full name, year level and reason for absence plus a contact name and telephone number OR
Use the Selwyn Spider or the Selwyn College app (Apple or Android).

Following your student’s absence please ensure that they bring a note to school for their Mentor teacher. You can use the email links right for the Heads of Houses, please also cc our attendance officer.
