Climbing
Selwyn College has a Climbing Club that is run by keen parents of the school. The club welcomes all climbers – new and experienced to learn, participate and compete in this exciting and challenging sport.
The school also facilitates entry into events as part of the Auckland College Climbing Series and the New Zealand Secondary School Climbing Championships.

CLIMBING CLUB
The Selwyn College Climbing Club partners with Extreme Edge to offer students the opportunity to get involved.
For those students interested in climbing with other climbers from Selwyn College, the club gathers for an informal session each Sunday from 12.00-2.00pm at Extreme Edge which is usually attended by club leader Ian Hallam.
For those students who are looking to learn to climb, or develop their climbing in a more structured environment, Extreme Edge offers a range of evening classes that run Monday – Thursday each term. Details of the classes can be found here – http://www.extremeedge.co.nz/classes/
